Firstly the all important ITEM TITLE this is where you have 55 characters to make your mark!
Then the SUB TITLE where again you need to squeeze as much positive information in.
You are now ready to enter your DESCRIPTION, in a clear type face such as arial and large type size I recommend that you start by re-entering your ITEM TITLE then SUB TITLE in BOLD BLOCK CAPITALS for impact then using clear cut sentences and bullet points describe your item clearly and honestly, the trick here is that when you list your good points and bad points you must use colour, CAPITALS and lower case, see example's:

Always end by saying:
THIS ITEM IS BEING SOLD WITH NO RESERVE AND THE HIGHEST BIDDER WINS SO GET YOUR BID IN EARLY!!!!!!
WHY?
Because you have now listed an honest view of your item's condition but in a very positive way, please notice how any faults have been dealt with quickly on the first or second bullet point and are minimized in importance by being written in lower case with a big point or two that cancel out the minor flaw, subconsciously that flaw although read will not have registered.
Please note that YOU MUST ALWAYS FINISH ON AT LEAST ONE POSITIVE!
